1. Cancellation Terms

Customers may cancel their reservation subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup date will receive a full refund of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made after the 24 hours of pickup date, nothing will be refunded.
  • No-shows or cancellations made after the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for any refund.
2. Car Booking Modification

Customers cannot reduce the car booking but can upgrade only under the following terms:

  • Changes to the booking, including amendments to the pickup/drop-off location, date, or time, can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, subject to availability.
  • Changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may incur an administration fee.
  • Upgrades are allowed only to higher-priced vehicles and are subject to availability.
3. Upgrade Policy

Customers can only upgrade to a higher-priced car under the following conditions:

  • Upgrades to a higher-priced vehicle are permitted at the discretion of the company.
  • Customers are responsible for paying the price difference between the originally booked vehicle and the upgraded vehicle.
  • Downgrading to a lower-priced vehicle is not permitted.
4. Car Booking Policy

Our car booking policy outlines the terms and conditions for renting a vehicle with us:

  • At the counter, the car hire company will block a deposit amount on your credit card.
